Step 1:- open your YouTube app and select your video 

Step -2:- now copy the url of that video 

Step -3:- Go to chrome and enable desktop version 

Step- 4:-  past the url in chrome 

Step-5:-  play video and close the  chrome  then you get song on the notification bar now you can control  from notification bar even your phone screen is off 

Make your chrome is in desktop version  its important  because it work when it is in desktop version
